‘Wok Magic’ Chinese food festival at Hotel Highway Garden is a gourmet delight.
Food connoisseurs in the city have yet another occasion to feast on a smorgasbord of Chinese dishes at ‘Pandhal’, the Chinese food festival will be kicked off by Hotel Highway Garden at its multi-cuisine restaurant Aromas.
Unfolding the fare on Monday, we invite food lovers to experience the journey through the traditional delectable Chinese cuisine.
The menu includes a blend of various unique elements from Chinese cuisines to offer a wider variety to the connoisseur of great Chinese food.
Master Chef of the hotel has perfected the Chinese recipes and the spread includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes in soups, appetizers, main course, rice and noodles. Those who have a weakness for assortment of soups can choose Chinese Fish Ball Soup, Pork and Prawn Soup, Spicy Tomato and Egg Drop Soup etc.
There is also the choice of gorging on the exotic delicacies like Braised Garlic Roasted Quails, Duck And Sesame Stir Fry, Spicy Fried Chicken, Chinese Spiced Pork Chops, Stir Fried Beef with Oyster Sauce, Sizzling Steak, Braised Duck, Minced Lamb with Celery, Sliced Lamb Bamboo Shoots, Chinese Roast Chicken and Spicy Fried Chicken.
